BISO-Body in Soul Conscious Movement Class

Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th of July at 11.30am-1pm.

Hello Glenbeigh. I am very excited to offer two BISO Conscious Movement classes at this year’s Glenbeigh festival. BISO which stands for Body in Soul, is a conscious movement path that rests on the poetry, that the body and all the systems that run through it – emotional, mental, imaginal and energetic –are moving through the vast and boundless landscape of Soul. With the path of BISO- which incorporates carefully selected music, meditation, we transform basic movements, creating our own expressive dance. We awaken to the Full-ness of our Breath, Movement, Space, Bodies, and Dance. We do this with our Breath, Movement, Space, Bodies, and Dance.

Magic can happen, hearts can open, perspectives can shift, life-long friendships and connections can open up. The theme for these classes will be Centre, opening to the Full-ness of our own Centre.

There is no previous dance or conscious movement experience required. These classes are not about how good you can dance or not dance. There really is no right or wrong moves here, only what FEELS right or wrong, for you!!

Show up as you are. Show up feeling energised, tired, happy, scared, fearful, sad, mad, glad, anyway. Show up, after yoga, breathwork, dishes, farming, cleaning, swimming, momming, daddying, show up after a marathon, perhaps especially after a marathon! Either way, these classes are designed to be inclusive. We will get to move it all. Energy in Motion-Emotion!

Wear comfortable clothes, shoes and a smile (or not!).

Although, each class will explore and follow the thread of Centre, both classes are open to new people, but the Sunday will build on the Saturdays class!
